Consultation Fees

BEAU toxicology treat every patient with the care they deserve, whilst offering competitive pricing for treatments and procedures that reflect our clinical experience, expertise and the level of care we offer.

In order to maintain our professional and ethical standards we have a fully redeemable deposit for consultations. The fee is fully redeemed upon arrival for your consultation against your next treatments or purchase of products within 6 months of your consultation.

Your consultation fees are NOT redeemable against treatments and products, if you do not attend for your appointment, or cancel your appointment with under 48 hours notice of the scheduled time of your appointment.

Cancellations can be made by phone, email or in person with at least 48-hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment. We would be grateful if you could do so as soon as you know to avoid any confusion and to help us maintain our level of service.

Late Arrivals. We do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, there may be times when a late arrival will result in reduced consultation or treatment time, or we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Course of treatments. If you have purchased a pre-paid course of treatments and fail to arrive for your appointment or cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice you will forfeit the treatment you booked.

Child Policy (Under 12s). We regret that we cannot allow children under the age of 12 to enter the clinic. Please be aware that we will have to turn you away if you bring someone under the age of 12 with you. And you will forfeit your booking fee.

Consenting to Treatment

Following your consultation and prior to treatment being undertaken, you will be asked to read and sign a consent form.

This form is not just a formality – it’s a record of you deciding to proceed with a procedure having considered the potential positive and negative outcomes and medical risks listed on the form and the impact they may have on your wellbeing.

Please feel free to consult this prior to your visit. The forms can be downloaded here:

Refunds Policy

As explained on our consent form, clients will be expected to pay for additional treatment if the original treatment does not achieve the desired look. Results cannot be guaranteed, and the treatment of side effects and complications is included in the cost of the procedure. Therefore, no refunds can be given due to any of the above occurring.

Contractual relationship

The prices of products on the BEAU toxicology website are inclusive of taxes and offered for sale to the customer at the displayed prices.

After placing an order by SMS, Messenger, email or WhatsApp you will receive a message confirming that we have received your order. This is not an acceptance of your order as our Nurse Practitioner will need to review the items ordered before we can dispatch them. No prescription items can be advertised for sale on the website, all prescription-only items need to be purchased in clinic after a full consultation is undertaken.  Please note that our medical team reserve the right to decline to fulfil your order if it is deemed that the products ordered are unsuitable. Where possible, we will suggest alternative products that may be more appropriate for you to use and for you to achieve your desired outcome.

We contract to fulfil your order and deliver the goods to the delivery address given when you placed the order.  In most cases, orders are delivered within 1 to 5 working days following dispatch. In some cases, delivery may take longer and the customer must allow up to 14 days for
receipt of their order.

Payment and Delivery

The price payable for the goods is the price indicated on the website. Payment will be taken prior to dispatching the goods.

Goods will be delivered to the address provided at the time of ordering. Delivery is free to the UK and Channel Islands.

Orders may be sent using a recorded delivery service and must be signed for upon receipt by the addressee. If the addressee is not present at the time of delivery, the order may be held at a local mail centre for collection or re-delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for collection or re-delivery of the item. Failure to do so will result in the item being returned to the BEAU toxicology. If an item is returned, BEAU toxicology will contact the customer to arrange re-delivery to the same or an alternative address. BEAU toxicology reserves the right to charge the customer for postage costs for any re-delivery of items.

Delivery of items is done using a third party, so BEAU toxicology cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. The majority of orders are delivered within 1-5 working days, however, customers must allow up to 14 working days for delivery before BEAU toxicology will re-send an order.

BEAU toxicology reserves the right to cancel any orders received at any time prior to dispatch of the goods. If BEAU toxicology does cancel an order the customer’s card will automatically be refunded.

Any order that contains a prescription request will only be dispatched once a face to face consultation has taken place.

All products and packaging, where applicable, will be compliant with EU regulations. This will mean that in some instances the packaging and product will vary slightly from the products supplied in the US. We guarantee that all PCA products will be sourced from the official UK supplier Church Pharmacy with a traceable audit trail to ensure you receive genuine fully clinically tested products.

We regret that we cannot take back or refund products once opened. Whilst we try to ensure all non-prescription products have an expiry date beyond 6 months from the expiry date, we are unable to replace or refund ‘out of date products’ which have been delivered to you longer than 3 calendar months from the date of expiry. In the case of faulty products, please return the products so we may contact the manufacturer and assist you with a replacement and refund as appropriate. Please note that prescription products are dispensed by an independent pharmacy and are subject to pharmacy law.

Refused and undeliverable orders – All undeliverable packages due to incorrect name or address, or not present, failure to collect, will be refunded minus any delivery costs has incurred in sending the order out to the patient.

If an order has not been collected in the allocated time and the patient wishes for it to be re-sent, we reserve the right to charge any additional postal costs.

Right to return goods

If after receiving your goods, you decide that you no longer wish to use them, then you will have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt, provided that they are returned to us undamaged and unopened. We will refund you upon receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be made to the credit or debit card used to place the order. We reserve the right to charge you for any postage and packaging costs incurred.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Faulty/Damaged Goods

We will only send out new products to you that are in prime condition. If you receive your package and it appears to be damaged, then please inspect the contents before signing for it. If the contents appear to be damaged then decline to sign for the package and it will be returned to us. We will issue you with an immediate replacement.

After signing for the package, should you subsequently find that any of your products are damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt and return the goods to us in their original packaging. We will issue you with a replacement product upon receipt of the returned goods.
